Subject: Decision of the Disciplinary Council of 17/1/2003 striking Lawyer Muhamad Mugraby from the general register of lawyers

Whereas the disciplinary council of the Bar Association at Beirut issued on 17/1/2003 decision No. 2 whereby lawyer Muhamad Mugraby was struck off the general register of practicing lawyers,

Whereas the decision of the disciplinary council is in immediate force and effect in accordance with Article 110 of the Internal Bylaws of the Bar Association,

THEREFORE

We submit to you that Dr. Muhamad Mugraby has been struck off the register of lawyers and that he is thereby prohibited from practicing the profession or taking the capacity of a lawyer.

Please circulate to all courts.
